HomeLend recently introduced the RTL product on its platform, adding to the company’s business purpose loan offerings. M2 Capital Partners is the first investor to partner with HomeLend in this capacity. M2 Capital Partners’ RTL program features broad product offerings, competitive LTVs and rates, and minimal geographic restrictions. This new product roll-out offers lenders and investors the ability to sell and purchase RTL on a flow basis and engage in real-time pricing via the HomeLend technology platform.
